The Plight of LGBT Individuals in Iraq In Iraq, LGBT and transgender people live in a constant state of fear. Their struggles go beyond societal discrimination and violence—they also face laws that criminalize their identities. Rather than being a defender of justice and equality, the state often justifies violence against them under the guise of “moral crimes” or “cultural identity violations.” These laws and attitudes destroy lives through arbitrary arrests, social ostracism, and even murder. This is not just a legal or social issue—it is a profound violation of human rights. Laws that allow for the restriction of freedoms or justify violence in the name of honor contradict fundamental principles of justice and human dignity. This unjust treatment harms not only LGBT individuals but also society at large, as it perpetuates exclusion and intolerance instead of embracing diversity. Homosexuality is Not a Crime: It’s a Right The progress achieved in some parts of the world highlights what is possible when equality prevails. In Iraq and similar countries, where the state and society perpetuate systematic violence against LGBT individuals, there is an urgent need for protective legislation that guarantees their fundamental rights. This struggle is inseparable from the broader fight for human rights. LGBT rights are human rights, and societies must reject repressive laws that enable violence and exclusion. Protecting these individuals strengthens the entire community by fostering understanding and cooperation. رێکخراوەکانی (ە،د،ر،ە،ج) ئەم بابەتە بوو کە(بەها الٲعرجی ) باسی دەکرد یەکێک لەسەرکردنەکانی رەوتی سەدر کەلەپڕۆسەی سیاسی دوورخراوەتەوە کەلەدیمانەیەکی تەلەفزیونی ووتی کۆمەڵێک رێکخراو بارەگای سەرەکیان هەیە لەکەربەڵا کاردەکەن بۆ بڵاوکردنەوەی بابەتی پەیوەندی دار بە (ە،د،ر،ە،ج) هەروەها بڵاوکردنەوەی بیرۆکەکە لەنێو کۆمەڵگەدا لەگەڵ ئاسایی کردنەوەی باروودۆخ لەگەڵ قەوارەی زایۆنستی ئەم لێدوانانە بێ بنەمان وە پەیوەندیان هەیە بە ملمڵانێی لایەنەکانی پڕۆسەی سیاسی بەتایبەتی شاری کەربەڵا کە لەژێر چاودێری چری پیاوانی ئاینی دایە جونکە بەپایتەختی ئەوان دادەنرێت کە رێگە نادەن هیچ شتێک گۆرانکاری تێدا بکرێ لەدەرەوەی خواستیان وەگەورەترین بەڵگە بۆ ئەمە کرداری پارێزگارەکەیەتی کە بریاری دا بەرێگەپێنەدان بەهیچ ئاهەنگێکی پەیوەندیدار بەسەری ساڵی زاینی شکاندنەوەو ناو زراندن لەنێو پرۆسەی سیاسی عێراقیدا باوە وە ئەم لێداوانە شتێکی تازە نیە بۆ شەقام جونکە (بەها اعرجی ) لەرەوتێکی ئیسلامیە کەلەپڕۆسەی سیاسی دوورخراوەتەوە چی هەیە بۆ ئەوەی بیڵێ لەمە زیاتر ؟ زۆرن کەباسی ئەم بابەتە پروپووچانە دەکەن شارێک کە سەرپۆشی تێیدا بەزۆرە ملێیە شارێک کە دوکانی فرۆشتنی خواردنەوەی کحولی تێدا نیە شارێک کە بەپلەی نایاب ئاینیە شارێک لەژێر حکومرانیو رکێفی پیاوانی ئاینی دایە ناکرێ لەشارێکی ئاوادا بوونی رێکخراو هەبێت کەپەیوەندیان بەڵاوکردنەوەی بابەتی (ە،د،ر،ە،ج)ەوە هەبێت وە ئەمە هوڕێنەکردنە ئەعرەجی ناوی هیچ ڕێکخراوێکی نەهێنا وە ئێمە نازانین ئایە ئەو دەترسێت لەم رێکخراوانە؟ وە ئەوەی سەیرە رەوتی سەدر توندرەوترین رەوتە کاتێک باس دێتە سەر ئەم بابەتانە وە ئەو خاوەنی گەورەترین میلیشیای چەکداریە لەوڵاتدا وە ڕەوتی سەدر چاوەرێی حکومەت ناکات کەکاری خۆی بکات لەبارەی کەیسێک وەک کەیسی (ە،د،ر،ە،ج) بەڵکو ڕەوتەکە زۆر خێرایە لەجوڵەکردن وەمیژوویەکی دوورو درێژیان هەیە لەکوشتن و ئازاردانی زۆرێک لەگەنجانی (ە،د،ر،ە،ج) کەوایە بۆچی ئەعرەجی داوا لەحکومەت دەکا جوڵەبکات بۆ داخستنی ئەم رێکخراوانە ؟ بابەتەکە دووربین و بیرکردنەویەکی مەزنی ناوێت ئەم جۆرە لێداوانە ئاشکران کە لێدوانی چنراو رێکخراون وە بەشێکن لەملمڵانێی سیاسی ئیستای هێزە ئیسلامیەکان وەلەلایەکی ترەوە بەشێکن لە جەنگی نێوان هێزە ئیسلامیەکانە بۆسەر رێکخراوەکانی کۆمەڵگای مەدەنی وە گەورەترین تۆمەت کەپرووپاگەندەیان بۆکردبێ ئەم هێزانە ئەوەیە کە ئەم رێکخراوانە داکۆکی دەکەن لەکۆمەڵگەی (ە،د،ر،ە،ج)و پرووپاگەندەیان بۆ دەکەن بۆ ئەوەی ئاسانکاریان بۆ بکرێ سەبارەت بەداخستنی ئەم رێکخراوانە یان کۆت و بەندکردنی کارکردنی ئەم رێکخراوانە. ئەعرەجی و کەسانی تر باش دەزانن رێکخراوی پەیوەندی دار بەکۆمەڵکای (ە،د،ر،ە،ج) بوونی نیە لەوڵاتدا بەڵکو جەخت دەکەینەوە دیسانەوە کە ئەمە بابەتێکە بۆ ئەوان بۆئەوەی هێرش بکەنە سەر هاوبەشەکانیان لەپڕۆسەی سیاسی ئەو هاوبەشانەی کە ڕەوتەکەیان دوورخستەوە لەپڕۆسەکە وە لەحاڵەتێکی شۆک و تۆقێنەردا جێیان هێشتن وایان لێکردوون کەڕەوتەکە نازانێت چی دەکەن وەکاریان بۆتە ئەوەی هاوبەشەکانیان بروخێنن وە ئەم کەیسە بکەن بەبابەتێک بۆ گێرانەوەی سەنگیان |
